Included in your rental would be exclusive use of our beautiful, purpose-built venue for up to 15 hours. The venue is nearly secluded completely by trees. The venue offers both indoor and outdoor ceremony options and includes oversized porches and courtyard space for you and your guests to enjoy.

The bridal suite, with its large windows, allows the room to be filled with natural light. The suite has a hair and makeup bar that extends along 2 walls with full mirrors that provide plenty of space for the entire bridal party to get ready.  A seating area, private restroom, and dedicated air conditioning unit are also supplied for extra convenience.

Off The Foundry's foyer is the prep kitchen which includes a full-size refrigerator, prep sink, and countertop space.  The foyer is separated from the main event space by oversized sliding doors.  

The indoor event space is 1200 sq. feet of open area. The mixture of materials such as brick and wood give the room an industrial vibe.  The back wall of The Foundry is constructed almost entirely of windows that face the courtyard. The 21 ft. ceilings inside this area make the space feel extremely elegant with its industrial trusses and ample lighting options of recessed lights, chandeliers, and sconces.  An integrated Bluetooth sound system is installed and available for clients to enjoy on the day of their event. 

The Foundry offers tables and chairs that will seat up to 125 people inside the main area.  An additional set of chairs for 125 will also be available for outdoor ceremony use. Courtyard areas are located on both the sides and out at the back of the venue. There is onsite parking for your guests and vendors. Handicap parking is also available.

Although The Foundry does not include services such as staff coordinator, caterer, or bar service, we do allow clients to choose their own vendors. We do require that the vendors be vetted by our staff prior to contracted use and provide proof of adequate insurance.  Alcohol is permitted but must be served by a TABC bartender. If alcohol is going to be served, two commissioned officers, retained by The Foundry staff are required to be present during the bar service hours.  Officers will be paid in cash by the client on the day of the event.
